MODUPEOLA AKIN-DEKO (M.Sc., B.Sc.)
Modupe Akin-Deko's experience spans various industries. For over forty years, she worked within the Banking industry and Consulting firms.
Between 1980 -2006, Akin-Deko rose through the rank and file at Cooperative Bank PLC to become the Deputy General Manager of Cooperative Bank, Ibadan Oyo State due to her unwavering dedication and excellent work performed.
She was appointed the MD/CEO of Finneses Management Consultants Ltd, between 2006-2015, where she led highly driven practices that conducted management analysis and training for banks, government parastatals, NGOs amongst others.
Akin-Deko is a force to reckon with, hence her appointment as the Non-Executive Director of Lead City Micro Finance Bank, Ibadan between 2008-2014. Due to her impressive and outstanding career, between 2015-2026, she became the MD/CEO of QAF Micro Finance Bank, Ibadan, Oyo State and work as a member of the credit approval committee to ensure the bank worked prudentially with the CBN guidelines. Within the same year, Akin-Deko became one of the Board Members of FCT Internal Revenue Service and performed oversight functions amongst other responsibilities given.
Again, in the year 2016-2020, she functions as the MD/CEO of Finesse Mgt. Consultants, Ltd, Ibadan, Oyo State to continue with management analysis and training for the banks, government, NGOs amongst others.
Modupe Akindeko is currently the MD/CEO of Jubilee Realtors and Property Consulting Ltd.
Akin-Deko holds an MSc. Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan, and BSc. Economics (Specializing in Accounting) from the University of Ife, Ile Ife, Osun State.
She barged different awards, notably are – The outstanding Alumnus Award University of Ibadan in Banking & Finance programme (2007) and Trainer of the Year, Industrial Training Fund(ITF AWARDS for 7 consecutive years. For her contributions to Learning and Development. She is also professionally skilled in the Microsoft Office suite.
A self-actualized icon, who is committed to Training and Development, she has spent the last twenty years impacting lives and is currently most passionate about Building a goal Oriented team.
Akin-Deko is happily married to her heartthrob and blessed with children and grandchildren.
IYANDA, RACHAEL OLUSEYE – PhD, MA, BSC
Rachael is an expert in Conflict Management/Mixed-Method Research and Change Management.
Currently, she serves as the Managing Director for COOPEDU, a subsidiary of COOP HOLDING limited, and as the Director of Research and Insights at BROOT Consulting an organization with a knack for Innovation, Strategy and Research.
Rachael has an extensive experience in Mixed methods and policy advocacy. Her teaching experience in tertiary institutions spans over a decade. While working at Bowen University, Nigeria, She served as the Programme Coordinator for International Relations at the College of Social and Management Science and taught Political Science Courses.
She holds an MA from the University of Ibadan and a PhD in Political Science with a specialization in Peace and Conflict Studies from Babcock University, Nigeria.
Rachael is self-driven and passionate about gender studies with a concentration on women and girl-child. She engages in advocacy and volunteerism and works as a technical partner to a community-based development organisation against gender-based abuses and abandoned African Children.
She works with her team to build a structured solution, by going deep into detail so that clients are provided with a bespoke solution that leads to agile transformation and organizational culture change for the 21st-century workplace.
