ADEWUSI, ADELEYE OLAYINKA
Leye is a Human Resource Practitioner, Consultant, Coach, Facilitator and a public speaker. He has over Eighteen (18) years’ experience in Finance and Human resources Management both as a practitioner and a consultant. He is currently a Learning Manager, Strategic Support at UBA Academy of UBA PLC. Prior to this: he was the Dean, FirstAcademy Schools and at various times the Knowledge Management Executive, Team Lead, First Shared Services Project Management Office, the Curriculum Planning & Learning Adviser, Regional Learning Centre Coordinator (West) all at the Human Capital Management & Development department of First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. Before he joined FirstBank, he was a Senior Consultant and the Head of Learning & Development of Workforce Management Centre where he was actively involved in the development and implementation of several training programs, recruitment services and business development activities for the firm.
He is an HR Generalist with competencies in HR Strategy development, HR planning, Curriculum development, Knowledge Management, Sales Management systems, recruitment, succession planning, talent management and competency development.
Leye started his career as an accountant in a stock broking firm before he later moved to a mission where he rose to the post of a Provincial Accountant overseeing more than 350 accounts of the branches in the Province. He later pursued his long-time passion of being a people development solution provider by joining Workforce Management Centre as a Consultant. His passion is to translate the Human Resource Management function into a strategic partnership in which executives embrace the HR element as value creating component for organizational growth and success. He is a specialist in motivational, inspirational and self-developmental principles, with a passionate ability to inform, challenge and inspire his audience toward peak performance and high level of achievements. He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Ado- Ekiti and MBA (Management Specialization) from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, a Development Dimensions International Certified facilitator (an internationally recognized certification), a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner and he has also attended and delivered numerous training programs, seminars and workshops both within and outside Nigeria.
ADEDEJI OLUWAFEMI JOSHUA
ADEDEJI OLUWAFEMI JOSHUA is a seasoned IT professional with vast experience in Finance and Project management. He has on several occasions spearheaded product conception and design, strategy and customer support, and value delivery. Working in various teams, he had accomplished several successes in product implementation and building customers’ confidence.
With over ten years of experience in product conception, design, implementation and delivery, he is accomplished in planning, strategy and customer relationship that focuses on value delivery. Oluwafemi started his carrier as a software developer before becoming a solution Implementation Consultant for major Financial Institutions.
An alumnus of the University of Ilorin and a post-graduate degree in Physics. Femi proceeded to enhance his knowledge of quantitative finance and technology by bagging a postgraduate degree in Financial Engineering at WorldQuant University, USA. He is a proud and resourceful member of the Project Management Institute, Unites States.
Oluwafemi majors in Process Automation, Financial and Regulatory Reporting (IFRS), Financial Modelling (Credit Ratings, Credit Risk Modelling, Balance Sheet Modeling, IFRS Modelling), Data Analysis, Project management, and Technology advisory services.
Femi would love to bring his knowledge of data science to machine learning and artificial intelligence to solve major problems in finance and hospitality. He is married with three beautiful girls.
LEKE OSHIYEMI
Leke Oshiyemi is a Human Capital Strategist, HR Advisor and Consultant, Training Expert and an Entrepreneur. He is a graduate of Philosophy from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University Of Lagos and an Alumnus of Cornell University, New York.
He worked with Consolidated Breweries Plc. (A Subsidiary of Heineken International as the Human Resources Manager between the year 2013 to 2015. He also worked with Nigerian Breweries Plc as Manager, Employee Engagement & Partnerships. He later worked with FITC A Learning and Development Organization

Leke has provided business support services for a wide range of businesses in Nigeria and overseas such as Nigerian Breweries, Friesland Campina, Wamco Nigeria Plc, Perfetti Van Melle, Elizade Nigeria, Eat N Go Nigeria, Dominos Pizza, Netconstruct, Pomegranate Nigeria, Cold Stone, Nextier Power, Papersoft, Riby, Maxima Group, Orange Group, Roaddo, Tetra Pak West Africa etc.

JOHNSON OLUWAFEMI, AJAYI (MNSE. Reg. COREN)
Johnson Olufemi, Ajayi’s experience stretches across several sections of the Civil Engineering world. He started as a site supervisor in 2009 with Imagine Consult Limited, where he supervised the construction and reconstruction of several typologies of residential buildings. He also supervised the installation and commissioning of safety, fire equipment, and spare parts of equipment during that period.
In 2010, Johnson Olufemi, Ajayi worked as a Site Engineer with Multi-Tech Associates, Ikeja, Lagos, supervising the construction of prototype residential
buildings at Lead Garden, Odo-Ona Kekere, Arapaja village, Ibadan. He supervised the construction of perimeter fencing for twenty acres of land at Arapaja, Ibadan.
In 2013, he worked with Gerrad and Schuach Limited, Eric Moore, Lagos as a Civil Engineer (Project), where he designed and supervised the construction of Bund wall for containment area of proposed Chisco depot Iponri, Lagos. He also supervised the construction of the Tank farm for Chisco Energy in Lagos.
He is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of Johphem Associates, a Civil / Structural Engineering company
Johnson Olufemi, Ajayi is highly skilled in computer appreciation and aided design skills such as AutoCAD, RCD 2000, RCC and Concrete design excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite. AKIN AKINPELU (MILR, FCIPM, HRPL, FITD)
Akin Akinpelu is an alumnus of the University of Ibadan and holds Masters’ Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR) from the Department of Sociology. He has attended and participated in various local and foreign leadership training and conferences. His HR and General Management experience covers HR Management and Policy Development, Talent Sourcing/Management, Succession Management, Leadership Development, and Change Management/Transformation. He is versatile in Corporate Planning/Strategy and Performance Management.
Akin Akinpelu is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (FCIPM). A seasoned Human Resource and Industrial & Labour Relations expert with over 30 years of cognate working experience at both indigenous and multi-national organizations such as Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Port Harcourt Refinery, Eleme, Rivers State), International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) and Evans Brothers Ltd.
He has served in different capacities with CIPM ranging from branch Chairman to member of the Strategic & Implementation Planning Committee. He won the outstanding branch award for 3 consecutive years (2006-2009). He presently serves as a member of the CIPM Governing Council. He is the Training Coordinator of the CIPM Professional Centre for Part-Time Studies in Ibadan. Coordinator, Centre for Part Time Studies of Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo. He is also a Consultant/Students’ Recruiter for All Saints University, Dominica in Canada and USA and Special Adviser on HR-related matters to many organizations.

RACHAEL OLUSEYE. IYANDA - PhD, MA, BSC
Dr. Racheal’s experience spans across industries. She is currently a Director of Training and Learning & Board member at CoopEdu Limited, a learning and development company and a subsidiaries of Coop Holding Company Limited. She also serves as the Director of Research and Insights at BROOT Consulting as one of the BROOT’s top problem-solvers, exploring every avenue to find the best resolution because of her strong knack for research and analysis
She is an expert in development issues, conflict resolution, Human development and Human Trafficking, Sustainable and Development/Gender studies. As an educator, she has worked for over 17 years in the University setting where she combined mentorship with teaching, preparing her students for the future and opportunities. At Bowen she served as Programme Coordinator and Level Adviser, in Babcock University serves as level adviser. As Gender-Advocate, she has enlightened and volunteered with community-based organization to foster women empowerment and speaks at different forums whenever opportunity presents. She is future-forward thinker, organization-culture transformation solicitor and policy advocacy expert.

KOFOWOROLA TOBILOLA NWOSU
Kofoworola is the Training and Learning Manager at CoopEdu Limited, a Learning & Development Company and a subsidiary of Coop Holding Company Limited. She creates and implements core training and development programs in line with the strategic vision and needs of clients.
Kofoworola is a seasoned banker and has worked in reputable financial institutions such as Cash Link Finance & Investment Plc, Bank PHB (now Keystone Bank), Heritage Bank, Fidelity Bank and Sterling Bank respectively. She has over 15 years banking experience that cuts across Personal Banking, Retail Banking, Commercial and Corporate Banking. Kofoworola has successfully managed account relationships that led to increased balance sheet size and profitability. She has consistently led effective teams from diverse backgrounds and professions in successful delivery of assigned strategic responsibilities.
Prior to joining CoopEdu, Kofoworola worked at Cooperative Mortgage Bank as the Head of Learning & Development where she successfully trained, developed and mentored young professionals.
Kofoworola has great skills in staff training, team management, business development & growth, Business retention. Kofoworola is highly regarded for her transferable skills such as writing, communication, teamwork, analytical and leadership skills.
Kofoworola is a Psychology graduate of the University of Ibadan with master degree in Managerial Psychology. She enjoys learning new things and impacting knowledge, she likes meeting people, she is a music lover, a teen/adolescent teacher and a great cook.
